Registration Transfer Policy Update
To ensure the integrity of the FRESH 15 and protect participants from increasing online scams, bib transfers are no longer permitted.
We understand that unexpected conflicts arise. However, allowing person-to-person transfers has led to fraudulent activity, including runners paying for registrations they never receive or arriving on race day with invalid registrations.
We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the safety and fairness of the FRESH 15 experience for all runners
What is your refund policy
Registration for the FRESH 15 is final and non-refundable. Because race revenue directly supports our charity partners and expenses are incurred in advance, we are unable to offer refunds for any circumstance, including schedule changes, injury, or weather.
We are grateful for your understanding and your commitment to supporting the FRESH 15 and the charities we serve.
does FRESH 15 benefit a local charity?
FRESH 15 supports nonprofit organizations that provide strength, stability and safety for families.
You see it in our store; you’ll see it at the race… being a part of a “family” is deep with the culture of our company. We award funding from the FRESH 15 to groups that exemplify the strength it takes to support every sense of the term “family” – passion, hope, dignity, belonging, and protection are all vital to building lives that truly make a difference.
Every runner counts. Because we give 100% of runner revenue to our nonprofit partners, participants have already left a substantial impact in the lives of families to the tune of more than $1,000,000 raised.
Charities may request support from the FRESH 15 until August 31, 2025. We will select 10-15 charities to assist. It is expected that charities receiving funds will change each year.

Why can’t I defer my registration to next year?
You can't defer your registration to next year because Fresh 15 has a policy that requires participants to register each year based on availability, and they do not allow carryovers from one year to the next.
Where is parking on race day?
There will be no parking at and around the store. The following locations are designated parking areas:

What streets will be impacted and what times?
A number of roads will be impacted on race morning. Please note the following changes in vehicular traffic:
Three Lakes Pkwy will be closed from 6am until race finish
Old Jacksonville Hwy and Dueling Oaks Dr. Closed off and on from 6:45am to 9am
Highlands Ln. between Three Lakes Pkwy and Oak Hill Blvd. closed from 6am until race finish
Tyler Police, FRESH 15 race staff and volunteers will be on hand to direct traffic. Thank you for your support!
What type of support will be on the course?
You will be running on clearly marked closed roads or trails for the entirety of the race. Aid stations will have fuel and hydration along the course. Stay tuned for more information about aid stations.
When and where will packet pick-up be held?
FRESH 15 packet pickup will be held on the FRESH by Brookshire’s parking lot, located at 6991 Old Jacksonville Hwy. on the following days and times:
Friends and/or family members may pick up packets for each other as long as they provide a digital or paper copy of the photo ID of the athlete. No exceptions.
